the trampoline project started with a new years resolution and a craigslist search.  a few days after that, i traveled across manhattan to pick up a small folding trampoline at a high-rise design studio.  over two years later, the trampoline and i have traveled through manhattan and beyond, drawing long stares and picking up good stories along the way. 

the mission of the project is simple: encourage onlookers to take a moment from their busy lives and stop and smile.  most of the time, it works. but if all else fails, i just hope people stumble upon this project and think, “hey, it is possible to bring a trampoline on the subway.” because, trust me, it very well is.
